Due to the changing nature of Covid and the rise of cases in our area due to the Omicron variant, we have updated our COVID-19 Policies.Safety protocols will change and evolve regularly. Please check this page before you come to an event. As of January 3, 2022, here is what you can expect at our events.

MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PATRONS REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS

PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST NOW REQUIRED

Patrons who are of approved age for vaccination (currently 12+) will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours prior to an indoor event. More info on CDC Guidelines for vaccines and testing here.

Patrons choosing to provide proof of vaccination will be offered a physical card to indicate proof of vaccination has been shown, so it only needs to be provided once. Proof can be provided at the door or at the box office prior to the event date, in hard copy or digital, including a digital vaccine record which can be acquired HERE, with matching photo ID.

Patrons choosing to provide test results or those with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test that was taken within 72 hours of the performance date. Proof can be provided at the door, in hard copy or digital, with matching photo ID.

Additional safety measure below have been put into place with the aim to make your patron experience the most comfortable:

  • Everyone working at The Z has met the same proof of vaccination or testing requirement we are asking of patrons. This includes staff, artists, and volunteers.
  • Our theatres’ ventilation systems are up to the recommended standard for COVID-19 protection. These NEW Ion Filters HVAC proactively treats the air in the occupied space at the source of contamination.
  • Our cleaning protocols will remain in place. They include disinfecting of high touch public areas before and immediately after each performance. The theater is also disinfected after each event using electrostatic sprayers.
  • Seating to all in person performances will be spaced out to allow for proper social distancing.
