No one will be admitted into the building without a mask. Masks will be required for patrons to wear the entire time they are in the building (lobby, bathroom, theater).
If you feel unwell, show symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, we ask you to help protect our community by staying home. You may cancel your tickets and receive a refund by calling 757-499-0317, or emailing us at [email protected] You must cancel your tickets BEFORE the start time of the performance to receive a refund. Entry and Exit
Front entrances to the lobby and entrances to the theater will open at the same time, 30 minutes before the performance begins. Please go directly to be seated in the theater after entering the building, and avoid congregating in the lobby.
Six foot markers will be present on the floor to assist with social distancing between your party and other individuals.
After the performance, ushers will direct your exit out of the theater. Patrons will exit the theater through our terrace doors.
Patrons will check in using digital or Print-at-Home tickets. No paper tickets will be issued at the Box Office. If you arrive without your digital tickets or Print at Home Tickets, please bring a photo ID to the box office window and you will be checked in manually.
With social distancing practices in place and limited seating in our Main Stage theater, The Z has implemented Guided Seating. When you arrive, our ushers will assist in seating you and your party based on open seats and safe distancing from other parties. Please note that due to safety guidelines we may not be able to seat your whole party together.
High Touch surfaces in public areas including Lobby, Entrance, Theater, and Bathrooms will be disinfected before patron arrival and immediately after each performance, in addition to regular cleanings. The theater will be disinfected using electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectant following each performance.
Sanitation stations, including hand sanitizer are setup throughout the theater for your use.
Our exterior box office window will be open to assist you in your box office needs. Our interior box office window will remain temporarily closed.
Concessions are temporarily closed while masks are required and gathering in the lobby is discouraged.
